** UPDATE** Shortly after I made this video, we lost the second drone in a tree, sadly it was a total loss... just out of the blue I emailed skyquad and told them what happened, and they literally volunteered to send me 2 free replacement drones ! I couldn't believe it, now thats great customer service ! Looking forward to receiving them and getting more experience before we move on to a bigger GPS drone. Thanks SkyQuad.

SkyQuad Drone Review from a Happy Customer. I purchased the 2 pack because I figured I would crash one and have the leftover parts , including the battery to use on the other one. Unfortunately I lost one in the woods in about 6 minutes !! Thats ok, I have a spare right ? I guess I should have bought the 4 pack ! Anyway, I ordered the drone then decided to check the reviews, too late...but I really wanted to buy it to learn how to fly with an inexpensive drone first, then after I get better at it, buy a better one with GPS and bigger battery. This one lasts 6 minutes between charges. Just long enough to learn some skill, take a break, let it charge and try again.
I have no regrets buying this, I never downloaded the app or hooked up the camera, its just a learner for me. As you can see in the video, I am very much a beginner and am learning fast. If you are used to video games, like my son, it is much easier to learn, as he caught on in an instant. This is neither a positive or negative review, it is a message, you get what you pay for, and in this case I paid about 180 cdn for 2 drones, lost one, and now I am getting better at it. I didn't order any of the options at the last minute , like a better camera or a drone case etc etc... this one will likely end up in the cupboard when I get a new bigger better one. This is strictly for learning and not worrying about loss. Good luck everyone, please send comments or suggestions.

UPDATE : Shortly after this video was uploaded, the drone in the video landed in a tree and it stopped when it landed, but I hit the launch button to see if would come down, the branches stopped the blades, and 3 motors burned out. So now I have no drones :( It was fun while it lasted. Hope you like the video.
