The USAF and U.S. Army have conducted multiple airstrikes over the Syria

The USAF and U.S. Army have conducted multiple airstrikes over the past 24 hours against suspected IRGC-backed militia positions in Deir-ez-Zor, Syria, in retaliation for a series of attacks on U.S. military installations in the region.

According to sources, both F-15E and F-16 fighter jets, as well as AH-64 helicopter gunships, AC-130 gunships and M777 artillery pieces were involved in the counterattacks.

Several casualties were reported as well.
