Ksenija took me to an apartment near Budva in Montenegro, and we calculated the net rental yields that an investor could get by buying such an apartment and renting it out on Airbnb. The price tag is €120,000, but I am assuming that with negotiations the furniture and stamp duty would be almost covered in this total price.
