I recorded how my babies grow each day. This is my first set of baby chicks. I ordered them from Cackle Hatchery. They are the Crested “Top Hat” Special and the Feather Footed Bantam Assortment Special.

I ordered 10 of each mix. If I had it to do again, I would not have ordered the mixes because I'm using these to start a breeding program. I love my babies, but business wise ordering specific chicks would have been a much better plan.

Well, they're exercising their wings. All the babies came out here after looking. I was looking to see what I might have because I ordered some mixes. Not knowing what I was doing. Well, you all are flying. Yeah, I ordered some mixes, not realizing what a mess I was causing.

I call that one Dropkick. Oh, babies. I thought that freaking Silkies couldn't fly? There's my guinea hen. There's two boys going at it. Pretty sure they're boys. You see everybody. Come on. All the action happening at the edges. Hey, babies. Come here bubba.

I gave them grass for the first time yesterday. I probably should have recorded that. Well, first time for the little ones. All right. Bossy Butt. I guess this stuff ain't good enough, no more. Okay, that's fingernail, dude. There you go.

You guys are all wanting food, huh?
