Classic bodyweight workout at home (Beginner Friendly!)

A classic workout! 10 pushups, 1 squat. Drop 1 rep on the pushups, add 1 to the squats. Last round is 1 pushup 10 squats. A total of 110 reps for time. Warmup and modifications included. Let me know how it goes for you!
