Geoffrey Serdar, “This is Real Talk with Geoffrey, and we're gonna be talking about staging today.”

Geoffrey Serdar, “Okay, let's go downstairs. Now there was a lot of furniture in here, and unfortunately, sometimes you have to clear things out for showing and staging purposes. And in this case, we wanted to make sure that the room and its expansiveness were not only known and visibly seen by potential buyers, but it's a walkout, it's nice, it's got sunlight, it feels good, it's big, and you can do whatever you want with it. You can put different furniture in it, but when you get a home ready to photograph, you gotta take all of your extra stuff and you gotta hide it in your mechanical room. So let's just look at this disaster.”

Geoffrey Serdar, “Now, this is just life. When you’re getting a home ready, take everything out of all the rooms that you don't need. When I saw this, I realized that this had to be in the photographs, in the presentation of this home. Because number one, not only are we in the cute little town of Watertown, you know, wonderful families, it's just a nice area, but there's nothing quite like it, just look at this lemonade stand, this thing is just phenomenal. Like can you please make me some lemonade Stephan. Every once in a while, before we get a shoot in, mother nature decides to screw with us a little bit. You see the neighbors, the big branch over here, that was actually in the driveway. And that took three guys to move it out before Stephan got here. And I was sweating, I mean, look at this? I'm gonna need a nap after this, but just look at this beautiful backyard. You don't wanna cut the grass the exact day, you want to cut it one or two days prior. And the reason is if you cut it the exact same day, every once in a while, you might make the mistake of having too many grass clippings that are noticeable. And so you just cut it a couple days beforehand and look at this, green perfectly manicured. Gosh, I just love it here, I might be the one that buys this place. This is real talk with Geoffrey.”

Geoffrey Serdar, “Maybe I should just call me up, “Geoffrey, I really want to go see that house in Watertown, you know, let's not even see it first, let's just get an offer in and we'll just see it during the inspection. Does that sound good?” “Full price, five grand over? Of course. All right, that's what we're gonna do, thanks. Okay, boom!” Look at that, it's already sold.”
