Today we are making a Emulsified Sugar Scrub. What is an emulsified sugar scrub you ask? Well....Emulsified sugar scrubs are gentle exfoliating products that slough off dead skin to reveal soft and supple skin. This was the first question I had when I started the R&D for this product.

Other questions were:
What is the difference between sugar scrub and emulsified sugar scrub?
Unlike sugar scrubs made with only oils and sugar, emulsified sugar scrubs become a creamy exfoliating lotion upon contact with water, leaving no oily residue, but only soft, supple skin behind. One of the most common DIY beauty products that can be found online is sugar and salt scrubs.
