Easy DIY Fruit Leather | Every Bit Counts Challenge Day 25

34

It's day 25 in the Every Bit Counts Challenge and today Kristy and Makayla are making cherry fruit leather in the Excalibur dehydrator! This is a simple and delicious treat that is great for snacking or for gifting! You can store them in the refrigerator, but we will be sealing them in a mason jar with the foodsaver to make them air-tight and shelf-stable. As a bonus, they show you how to make cherry vinegar with the leftover cherry pits! Thanks so much @Three Rivers Homestead for hosting this challenge!
