About this video, after what happened to me two days ago, in the context of Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy - and considering that I am still nauseated and dizzy, to the point where even reading a line of text makes me incredibly nauseated... I did not think I could do a video today...

But I had made a commitment to Susanne Andrews and to Stephen, and I honor my commitments, so, I was determined to at least try to do this video.

Last night I reached out to a friend for help. This morning at about 5:00 a.m. I could see that my friend had come though for me...

and I was able to do the video this morning with Sussane.

I am sitting here now - with the video ready to go. At the moment I am too nauseated to drive to the library to upload it.

I am proud of this video for 1001 reasons and deeply indebted to my friend who helped when I asked.

I want to thank her for helping me when I needed it.  I could not have made it without her.
