The Raw Deal (24 August 2022) with Patrick Bergey

First hour on the latest legal absurdity of Uvalde Parents bringing a completely indefensible lawsuit against the gun manufacturer, the city of Uvalde, the county police, the Texas Rangers, the Texas Department of Public Safety and the US Border Patrol as defendants for--brace yourself!--$27 billion. Simply incredible. It has simply been taken for granted that the pivate media cartel's reporting has been accurate and true, where my Petition before the US Supreme Court--which you can download yourself at https://www.supremecourt.gov/search.aspx?filename=/docket/docketfiles/html/public/21-7916.html will be in conference on 28 September and I will know whether it will be heard on 3 October. In the meanwhile, during the 2nd hour, I featured Patrick Bergey about the FBI raid on Mar-a-Lago and the warrant, which was based upon an affidavit by Patrick Byrne, where Bergey was en route to submit his own affidavit (having been there at the time), which will place the Byrne affidavit in context. Meanwhile, other legal beagles are reporting that the statutes cited by the FBI for conducting the search had been superseded by the Presidential Records Act, which made the warrant and the search illegal, where any incriminating evidence (which I doubt exists) would not be admissible in a court of law as "fruit of a poisonous tree". Great stuff!
