UN Security Counsil Meeting, Moscow protests at US & France embassies, Gazprom turbines

The UN had a security meeting during which the evidence of Ukraine shelling the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant and Darya Dugina car bomb death were brought up.

Moscow protest took place in front of the US and France embassies addressing the PFM-1 "Butterfly" mines Ukraine is dispersing. American opinion of US involvement in Ukraine faltering.

Canada sends the rest of the five turbines it was working on to Germany so that they can deal with Russia. Gazprom still holds off recieving first one, citing irregularities in documentation.
