The Higher Self

A little chat on the Higher Self.

Fun Fact: Our higher selves already exist within us, they are a part of our auric field existing in the higher dimensions of our own reality.

So - know that you are already that which you seek 💕

The work then becomes learning how to move through all the layers of trauma that exist in the lower layers of our being (with as much compassion and love as is available to us) in order to allow those higher vibrations to live and express within us in the physical world 🌍.

It’s about unification more than it is about transcendence. At the very least unification is often the first step. We can’t transcend anything without first unifying with its energies in order to understand what we’re working with free of judgement.
