Drilling into a 10" Water Main

This was on June 1st, 2015 in Monroe, NC. It was on THE main thoroughfare, Hwy 74. We had already drilled monitor wells on the opposite side of the boulevard at the QT (new construction). They had us wait till 7pm to shut down one lane on 74.The consultant ran out of hours or didn't want to work late, so they brought in a fresh one :).This then transpired. We were rightfully not faulted.
