Word 1
JESUS, THE MESSIAH & ETERNAL KING Mathew 14:13-18
• Matt 14:13-14 Jesus sought solitude after the news of John's death. Sometimes we may need to deal with our grief alone. Jesus did not dwell on his grief but returned to the ministry he came to do. Jesus performed some miracles as signs of his identity. He used other miracles to teach important truths. But here we read that he healed people because he "had compassion on them." Jesus was, and is, a loving, caring, and feeling person. When you are suffering, remember that Jesus hurts with you. He has compassion on you.

Word 2
JESUS, THE MESSIAH & ETERNAL KING Mathew 14:13-18
• Matt 14:15-16 The reaction of the disciples to the crowd, who came to seek Jesus in the wilderness is typical of the natural man. All they could see were the limitations surrounding them. They had no compassion on the crowd nor on their plight, but Jesus, full of compassion and asked them to seat. Jesus does not reject or forsake anyone. That feeling of being forsaken is from hell, do not give room to it. Jesus commanded the crowd to be fed, if the disciples were spiritual, they would do it. God does not demand from us, what He has not first given us.

Word 3
JESUS, THE MESSIAH & ETERNAL KING Mathew 14:13-18
• Matt. 14:17-18 Every miracle is an off-shoot of another miracle. We can live in miracles in perpetuity. It was a miracle that they found two fish and five loaves in the wilderness (a little boy's lunch). Little becomes great when it is put in the hands of God. The package of two fish and five loaves in the hands of a complainer diminishes, but in the hands of a thanksgiver, it multiplies.

Personal Supplication
Father, by the power of the Holy Ghost, fill me with compassion and the love of Christ in Jesus' name! John 13:34-35
34 A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another.
35 By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

Daily Protection Covenant Declaration
Because I dwell in the secret place of the most High, I shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty.
I will say of the LORD, He is my refuge and my fortress: my God; in him will I trust.
Surely he shall deliver me from the snare of the fowler, and from the noisome pestilence.
He shall cover me with his feathers, and under his wings shall I trust: his truth shall be my shield and buckler.
I shall not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day;
Nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday.
A thousand shall fall at my side, and ten thousand at my right hand; but it shall not come nigh me.
Only with my eyes shall I behold and see the wicked rewarded.

Because I have made the LORD, which is my refuge, even the most High, my habitation;
There shall no evil befall me neither shall any plague come nigh my dwelling.
For God shall give his angels charge over me, to keep me in all my ways.
They shall bear me up in their hands, lest I dash my foot against a stone.
I shall tread upon the lion and adder: the young lion and the dragon shalt I trample under feet.
Because I have set my love upon God, therefore will He deliver me: He will set me on high, because I have known His name.
I shall call upon Him, and He will answer me: He will be with me in trouble; He will deliver me, and honour me.
