🌴 ABOUT THE BALI VILLA
Ambalama is a Sinhalese (an ethnic group native to Sri Lanka) word that means ‘a welcoming resting place for weary travelers, explorers and adventurers.

Ambalama Bali was opened in 2014, after the success of its sister villa in Sri Lanka, and was designed by Ernesto Bedmar – one of Southeast Asia’s leading architects for private homes. By virtue of its location, the Bali villa captures the ocean breeze and 360-degree views through the unique louvres in the Master Pavilion. The 1,486 square-metre villa home is set in 1.5 acres of lush landscaped gardens with well-appointed villa amenities.

Based on Bedmar’s concept, the villa’s bespoke furniture was locally sourced and crafted. Sustainability measures include the recycling of rainwater for the watering of the over 100 varieties of plants and trees throughout the property, which lends a low environmental impact.

This incredibly luxury villa is ideal for tropical Bali, with a spacious indoor-outdoor living space, large infinity-edge swimming pool and lush landscaped gardens. The master bedroom is unlike anything you have seen before, with a multi-level design larger than most homes and its own private pool.
