Fulton had possession of the closest physical evidence to President Kennedy’s fatal head wounds (a Cartier watch) and was the first person since Robert F. Kennedy to listen to JFK’s secret Oval Office recordings.

Robert Kennedy fought to keep possession of the key evidence in his brother’s assassination. He used that evidence to covertly prevent World War III, keep the remaining Kennedy family safe, and pave his way to the White House in 1968, where as president, he would have set the record straight.

Evelyn Lincoln—who had passed away in 1995—had been instructed by Robert Kennedy to keep evidence in President Kennedy’s assassination secured. When Robert Kennedy died, she continued to be the custodian of the evidence. She willed it to Robert White—a private citizen who had become like a son to her—because Robert Kennedy had instructed her that it was not to come under the control of any government agency. Robert White was friends with Christopher; White shared his inheritance with Christopher.

The documented evidence in Christopher’s possession proved conspiracy in the assassination. A battle over this information going public or not, in 1998 and 1999, involved Christopher, John F. Kennedy Jr. and the Clintons.

Christopher Fulton was born in 1965 in Northern Virginia, just outside Washington, D.C., into a family with rich military history. His roots trace back to William Vaughn Jr. who fought with distinction in the Revolutionary War, and later, General John C. Vaughn who fought in the Civil War. Although Christopher was on his way to being accepted to the U.S. Naval Academy at Annapolis, he chose a different life path in commercial construction. Christopher's discipline and diligence took him to the top of the high-rise construction industry in Vancouver, British Columbia. Many of that city’s finest skyscrapers are monuments to his work. At age 33, at the height of his success, he was arrested. He spent years in federal prison for his possession of material evidence in JFK’s assassination. He currently resides in California and spends much of his time with rescue dogs. He and his wife, Michelle, have two children.

It is reported that this was the watch worn when he was assassinated and that it was taken off his wrist and given to Jackie at the hospital. Jackie then passed the watch to JFK's secretary, Evelyn Lincoln, who passed it along with many other JFK items to Robert L. White. Reference is made to the Cartier wristwatch in a number of publications including the Los Angeles Times and Baltimore Sun.

Mr. White's collection was estimated to be worth $5 million and numbered about 100,000 items. It included such rarities as the two flags from the bumper of the presidential Lincoln Continental in which Kennedy was riding when he was shot in Dallas, and an assortment of artifacts from that horrible day.
