The first bamboo hideaway was built in 2014 and it was Hideout. The first bamboo tiny house is a modest A-frame bamboo hut with iconic triangle windows. The aim always was, and always will be – to provide an adventurous and family place to stay in a rural area of Bali, Karangasem.

This famous Airbnb accommodation allows guests to experience the old Bali, the traditions, and the values. To hike and seek and wonder. To reconnect with nature (and a little bit of the wildlife as well).

If you have used Airbnb in the past, you may already be familiar with Hideout Bali, as it is regularly voted one of the most wished Airbnbs in Bali due to the incredible architecture and interior design, which is all built from Bamboo.

Hideout Bali has grown over the years and now has 5 bamboo homes – wild Beehive, sunny Lightroom, modern Falcon, adventurous Horizon and jungle Hay House. They have also created Hideout Bistro concept – to bring our favorite Balinese dishes right to your door.
