BFGC - Aug 21, 2022 Devotion to God

Yehovah tells us in His Word that we are to love Him completely and that we must also love our neighbors as we love ourselves. Yeshua tells His disciples that we are to show love to one another sacrificially, the way He showed love to us. That type of Godly love is not possible without the help of God in our lives and does not come through living the Law of Moses, or following the traditions of any religion, but only through the power of the Holy Spirit. Every believer that professes to love God needs to examine their heart daily and evaluate their level of devotion to Yehovah and His plans for them. God must be elevated everyday in the life of a believer and anything that could cause a problem must be submitted to God's Will, or it will become an idol.
