Three police officers in the U.S. state of Arkansas have been suspended and are under investigation after video showing them violently beating a suspect during an arrest went viral. The video, taken by a bystander near the city of Mulberry on Sunday, shows the three male officers punching the suspect repeatedly in the face and kneeing him while he is on the ground. The Arkansas State Police said the suspect was taken to hospital for treatment, then released and booked into the Crawford County jail on multiple charges, including second-degree battery, resisting arrest and making terrorist threats.
