An Ex Vic Police Officer Speaks

Initially, Café Locked Out was formed with one goal, defend free speech by exercising free speech. Since then it has lived under the threat of being de-platformed. Now it has over 100K followers. Not that, thanks to shadow banning, our posts reach those 100K.
But why should we expect anything different? It’s becoming clear that for various reasons Fascism, a marriage between the government and the corporations, is on the rise, or even already installed in this country, and the last thing a fascist state will entertain are media outlets selling the propaganda from the other side of the narrative.
A perfect example of this fascism is the government washing its hands of the mandates and yet the corporations hardwiring these mandates into their health policies. Another example is major retail outlets bringing in facial recognition cameras, which most customers don’t want, as other outlets move towards outlawing cash.
And it’s no use hoping that this social media censorship will end. These corporations are so invested in their course, they are no longer in a position to flip and once again start defending free speech. Free speech can only hinder their plans. Whatever they are.
No, better for CLO, and other shows like CLO, to prepare for the inevitable, which we are currently doing by enacting two strategies, moving to CLO.social, our own platform and taking shows that were online to the stage; therefore becoming producers of artists who are doing what art is meant to do, challenge the status quo. Art, real art, is a powerful tool for change.
On the other hand, The Deplorables have become a powerful and effective recruitment team. Travelling town to town showing their documentaries in any hall they can find. These documentaries are a collection of interviews from their trip around Australia. Interviews which inspire others to record their stories and thoughts. Interviews which embolden the person being interviewed, while simultaneously allowing the courage of these brave people to spread.
Our society is heading in a direction most of us don’t want it to go, which is why we need to find a way to convince the majority that they always have the power to enact positive change. To do this we need to reignite their self-confidence, for without their support we will not succeed. And nothing repairs the individual’s self-confidence better than standing up.
You can’t force them to stand, and you can’t drag them to their feet, but you can inspire them to rise through your own actions; by example.
The freedom movement might not have the money and the guns, but what we can offer is the nobility of purpose. We can give your suffering meaning. We can allow you, the new recruits to become a beacon of hope, and in a time when the souls of most people are in hazard, being a light of courage equates to a worthy life. Just by being defiant, by being resolute, you immediately reclaim your freedom. And eventually the souls of most people, or the souls of their offspring will start heading towards what our souls yearn for, Liberty.
And the one liberty they will eventually fight for, even at the risk of their own death, is the freedom to be themselves, to live in the truth of their sovereignty, to be the person God created them to be. And to be victorious in this, they will have to, no matter the cost, win two freedoms back, Freedom of Choice and Freedom of Speech.
Upon these two Freedoms people can build a society and culture that not only allows but encourages individuals to chase after and realise their own dreams. Or to use one word from the past, a word that is sadly now a lie, Australia.
But whilst these Freedoms are being removed, they are not yet lost. The prochoice movement defend them through their protests. Other freedom fighters do it by sharing memes, and the like. Across the country people are organising themselves into various forms of resistance.
This breeds real hope and it is a beautiful thing, and we at Café locked Out are proud to be a part of this gathering resistance.
And so our path forward is now threefold; recruitment to the struggle for freedom, to be an active part of propaganda for hope and freedom, and to attempt to capture a historical record of this extraordinary struggle by interviewing those brave enough to make a stand. Or in other words, capturing and sharing the stories of Heroes.
