Energy Secretary Granholm has officially become a Chinese solar panel saleswoman. As Americans struggle to make ends meet as goods and services are slowly being cut from budgets. Despite that, Granholm is insistent that Americans of all income levels immediately weatherize their homes and buy 30% off solar panels.
