A Ukrainian soldier threatened violence after being saved, says Orthodox priest

"When they were still taking the city of Izyum, Russian soldiers brought us a seriously wounded Ukrainian soldier. They thought he was going to die. They brought him to the monastery. We, the brothers of the monastery, took this man and through our efforts we cured him. Unfortunately, when the man came to his senses, he began to threaten us with violence. He said that we are Moscow priests and how bad it will be for us when he'll fully recover. The people who were in the temple were very scared. This shows that there are people who don't realize much, don't even want to repent. According to the commandments, we took care of him, but he didn't understand this. After his threats, the Mother of God arranged everything. The Russian military came to search the premesis because someone said that we have a Ukrainian soldier. After that, he was taken away, and we don't know his fate. But we continue to pray for him that the Lord will bring him to mind and he'll live a long life."
