How to Deal With Breaking a Customer's Car

As a New Technician, or really an experienced one, you will 100% break things. Some times it's because the car is old and busted, OR poorly designed. Other times it's a "cost of doing business". How do we handle this? How do new technicians avoid breaking things or recover after it happens. This is also a good topic of conversion when interviewing for a job.
