Are Police Auditors HELPING or HURTING???

I have discussed on my channel several times how we need institutional change throughout our police departments and I have offered some ideas that I think would help. Over the past several months I have been watching several YouTube videos from police auditors and business auditors who are standing up for their constitutional rights to film on public property to see if citizens and the police will infringe their rights. I think the majority of them do an amazing job but then there are a few who just seem to make matters worse. Those who seem to be part of the problem and not part of the solution.
