We began with an update on my Petition before the Supreme Court of the United States, where my Petition will be under discussion on 28 September and I will learn on 3 October whether it has been accepted for review, where I believe that it should be accepted insofar as it ranks highly in terms of the four criteria that guide their selection: (1) publicly important cases; (2) legally significant cases; (3) conflicts between the highest courts of different states; and (4) correcting significant evidential or legal errors. Although the Judge who presided over my case in Dane County Circuit Court only gave me a one-in-a-million chance for it to be heard, my assessment is closer to the opposite. Meanwhile, events in Ukraine are threatening with the shelling of the largest nuclear power plant in Europe and attacks on Crimea, which could lead to severe retaliation against Kiev. The Russians have been restrained up to this point, but could be pushed to take more serious measures in retaliation. Trump expects legal action to be taken as a consequence of the Mar-a-Lago raid, which appears to have been legally unwarranted, where the Democrats seem to concede they cannot beat him politically, so they are going to have to beat him by weaponizing the FBI, the DOJ, and the courts to succeed where they could not. His record on endorsements is breathtaking, on the order of 97% success, including 8 of the 10 Republicans who voted for his impeachment, the most prominent of whom was Liz Cheney, who most certainly will not be running for president in 2024. The affidavit has come into the public domain, where one Patrick Byrne seems to have played the role of the mole here, but where the prospects for getting Trump appear to be remote, indeed. Anticipate another fail for the Democrats and their stooges.
