'Spirit Flower' Mandala Painting Art Timelapse 8-22-22

A sped up time-lapse displaying the process of a painting I made.

Sometimes making mandalas and geometric styles of art can be really contemplative and peaceful for me, like a small meditative practice. I find the music of Hildegard Von Bingen offers a refuge or solace and sometimes I enjoy creating to her music when I prefer a more meditative art session.
