LETS TALK CORE VALUES - RESPECT

“Respect is a core value paramount to successful unity in a space of diversity. When respect is foundational and based on the value of humanity alone, no differences come between us because all differences have intrinsic value.” J Loren Norris

- Leaders who operate without core values run the risk of being lead off course of their organizational goals and targets by the whims of ever changing social influence.

- Leaders who establish their core values early, discuss them often and demonstrate them in the culture of their organization will see that clarity converted to focus On function and productivity.

- Leaders who make RESPECT an organizational core value, proactively avert the damage of hostility and friction brought into the work place by bullies of any type.

- Leaders who understand that respect by definition is an attitude (attitude = feeling + thought) strategically employ AttitudeHack as a leadership training program. https://www.jlorennorris.com/attitudehack.html

RESPECT:
1. a feeling of deep admiration for someone or something elicited by their abilities, qualities, or achievements.
"the director had a lot of respect for Douglas as an actor"

2. due regard for the feelings, wishes, rights, or traditions of others.
"young people's lack of respect for their parents"
