Are you brave enough to try my Goldy Gauntlet workout?

The workout is designed to assault your upper body, starting with your larger muscle groups and working your way down to the smaller ones. It uses different types of equipment to keep your body guessing, and challenges your endurance as you push your way through

The layout is as follows:
- 6 different exercises
- Each exercise is comprised of 10 sets of 10 reps
- Rest periods should be limited to 45-60 seconds between sets
- The 6th exercise is a core blaster, consisting of 100 continuous reps

This specific day, the routine went:
00:00 Exercise 1) Swiss Ball Dumbbell Chest Press
00:38 Exercise 2) Close Grip Pull-Ups
00:58 Exercise 3) Cable Shoulder Press
01:30 Exercise 4) Dumbbell Hammer Curls
01:58 Exercise 5) Triceps Dip Machine
02:20 Exercise 6) Flutter Kicks
