The Presocratics: Anaximenes

After the origin theories of the universe, like those of water from Thales, and Boundless Nature from Anaximander, it took another Milesian to finalize the Milesian School's theories to a final origin of the universe that has a flexibility of boundless nature and the definiteness of water. The philosopher was Anaximenes of Miletus.
