Here are some comparison prices of items from Costco from before and after Lockdown. You may notice when you shop at Costco that there is shrinkflation too - in that some packaging has been reduced in size (such as for the Aussie Bites).
Reference for the prices before Lockdown come from old 2018-2020 receipts, from flyers, and from Canadian grocery blogs and YouTubers. There is a vast, amazing world of Canadian YouTubers who do "grocery hauls." They often indicate prices of grocery items in their vlogs.
