Beef Bulgogi and Peanut Noodles

Peanut sauce noodles
Sauce
3 Tbsp peanut butter creamy
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
2 Tbsp honey
1 tsp cider vinegar
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp oyster sauce
2 tsp chili paste
1 tsp sesame oil
1 pinch of kaffir lime leaf powder < that’s for an epic Thai boost *
Boil small handful noodles
Green onions
Instructions
1) Boil 1 small handful of noodles while you do step 2*
2) Mix sauce ingredients over low heat
3) mince green onions
4) Drain noodles, roll sauce mix in and toss green onions on top.
If you like it I suggest you make a little extra sauce and keep it in the fridge for a quick meal on the fly.
* I prefer barilla whole wheat linguini for this one.
