New Orleans (2022) Haunted Graveyard Ghost Tour

In this video we set out to find a place to get Charbroiled Oysters before we go on a Graveyard ghost tour. Unfortunately, we ran into an issue, and we will move the charbroiled oysters to another day.

We ended up instead at a Greek restaurant/Hookah lounge named "Attiki" that was very good but, a tad overpriced for what it was. Their grape leaves had a very distinct flavor from anywhere we had ever had them before. They also served them warm. Never had them warm before. Is this a thing, lol? kind of liked them this way a lot.

After grabbing a bite to eat we head out on our haunted graveyard ghost tour. We did not get a lot of ghost stories on this one. It was more of a history of why New Orleans has above ground graves. This also could have been what the tour said it was supposed to be about and the others just told me it was a ghost tour in a graveyard. Again, I was just here to film this trip and planned nothing.

Either way we would highly recommend this tour as it was still really cool even though it was not so much about ghost stories as much as the history of New Orleans' way to deal with their dead.

Then going to the hurricane Katreena memorial and learning more about what the locals went thorough after that hurricane while in person with someone local that lived through it was really cool to learn in person.

We would have filmed a lot more of her talking about all of this if there was any light I was not having to provide and possibly make the others on the tour not have as well of a time as we were having. Also, you should just take the tour yourself and learn all the fun facts we did own your own firsthand instead.

In the next video we eat brunch at the court of two sisters, then we will actually show you the Carousel bar at Hotel Monteleone as we got super lucky on our second try and there were many seats open to sit at. The staff said this was very, very rare.

It kind of works out as we are doing a drinking tour of the French Quarter in the next video. Get your big boy pants on for this next video. We are going to show you everywhere you need to have at least one drink at while you are in New Orleans in one day. Oh, course spaced out enough we can handle the drinks, lol.
