To the Saints in Pakistan. Part 19. Romans 8:22-28

Part of the lesson here in this section of God’s word reminds us of what hope truly is. Hope is in Christ, and hope is possible when there is something God has promised, but not yet brought to pass. In him, and in that, hope can exist. In Christ, in all that Christ has done, the church waits for all that God will do. There is a now and a not yet to the Christian religion. I hope today, as with these saints in Pakistan, you come to trust in what God has done in your salvation and in your hope for the future. I think this is what Paul’s after in this section of the chapter.
