Sedona AC Doesn't Work (Again)?? Pt 1

The customer was complaining about the lack of A/C. My 1st visit, everything was functioning as it should. It wasn't until my 2nd visit, where through the process of a proper diag, I was able to pinpoint the issue. The first time around, I did not have the tools needed or the time to dedicate. I came to do a few quick checks and had to rush off to other jobs.

This video demonstrates the great importance of testing before installing parts based on a guess. Had I listened to the customer, he would have wasted over 500 on a new compressor, plus the labor..... AND not have fixed the actual problem!
