Tarot Reading : Taiwan & China

I decided to do a reading about the relationship between the governing bodies of Taiwan and China. While doing the reading I realized that I overcomplicated the spread so in my video you will see me pausing a couple times to look at notes of what card placements were meant to signify. I think the written version flows better than the livestream.

The Government of China:
It thinks that it is progressing with it’s cultural & emotional ideal, and feels protected by a group of compatriots. It worries about things not going as planned and any obstructions that may appear to mess with what they are doing. It hopes to be able to reach out to and support Taiwan’s cultural with care and sensitivity.

What joins China to Taiwan is the domestic development of China’s physical resources, growing and maintaining a bountiful garden with which it will welcome Taiwan. And also moving carefully, not rushing ahead with external plans and focusing on domestic development.

What separates China from Taiwan is changes within the structure of the Chinese government and its cultural framework. I mentioned in my video that as each governmental body changes to adapt to its environment, it must reassess and alter the way it approaches “things” in general, both domestically and internationally.

Overt factors are the workload that makes new projects more difficult to start and or be worked on.

Covert factors are a physical movement of the Chinese government’s enforcement and domain.

The Sum of all things is the fact that all this is mentally overwhelming so the Chinese government may be going overboard and working things to overkill. It may not make sense, but it is because there the government is mentally overwhelmed with trying to manage everything.

The Government of Taiwan:

It thinks that it no longer needs to focus on worries, it feels like what it has built up with its partnerships is properly supporting it, it worries about making bad judgements and their aftermath, it hopes that it can break away and form its own family.

What joins Taiwan to China is unfortunate events and emotional overload. In the news there has been civil unrest. If the government is unable to contain the emotions of the people, it will not be able to progress independently and may have to reach out to China.

What separates Taiwan from China is building & maintaining overt strength while not communicating.

Overt factors or a collection of memories of the government. In my video I mentioned that there are 3 histories to each country: 1) History of the Ruling Body 2) History of the Religious body 3) History of the Common Folk. This is the History of the Ruling Body. It pulls from this history to stick to facts and act with strong emotional boundaries. The history of the Government reinforces its boundaries.

Covert factors are insufficient defenses and an inability to retain emotional perspective and proper distance from China itself.
What I see is that the Government of Taiwan has boundaries founded on its history but that is not enough to restrain it from feeling connected to China in a way.

The Sum of all things is heartache and pain. This is not easy … it is in face difficult for the Government of Taiwan and it is dealing with emotional turmoil. In a societal sense I am going to guess that this relates to cultural dissonance between the Common Folk and the Government.

What grounds the situation is receiving of gifts and positivity from the Universe due to what is given. The Empress is in this position and I interpret it as “Receiving from Giving”. The Empress gives resources and because of that she is loved and supported.

What Crowns the situation is the fact that we are all fools being led by what we think we see. Do we have the courage to continue onwards? Or will will we run away, turn back or fall. Either way, we don’t know what we don’t know. And as events progress … we shall see where the path that we walk leads. Or in this case, we will see where these two fools end up as they progress.

In my video I mention that it seems like the Taiwanese government does want to break away from China … I also mention that the citizens of Taiwan can vote out the government and replace it with a different one that has a different tone. But those are all just conjectures and possibilities. They may or may not be.
