Highway 3 Twinning Economic Impact Analysis To Be Completed - August 19, 2022 - Micah Quinn

A new study is launching looking at the economic analysis of what it would take to complete the twinning of Highway 3 in Alberta. PricewaterhouseCoopers Canada will be conducting the report. It will look at the economic and tax footprint that the twinning is expected to create. It will also identify the wider socio-economic impacts associated with the twinning. Bill Chapman, the president of the Highway 3 Twinning Development Association, says the completion of the twinning would be a huge boost to our booming agriculture sector.

The project is anticipated to continue through the summer, with draft reviews in the late summer and the final report to be approved in the Fall.
