Jim Rickards said that the FED can only do one thing, which is tightening into weakness a.k.a raising the Interest Rates. in fact, this is the exact replay of rate hikes and rate cuts from 2013 to 2018. the cost of doing this is a severe recession and High Inflation.

How to protect yourself or even profit from this Financial and Economic crisis? first of all, you need to know what real diversification looks like and then build a fully diversified Investment Portfolio that can weather the FED's storm. Diversification, according to James Rickards, is having slices of asset classes that are minimally correlated. people often said that they're fully diversified when they have 50 different stocks from ten different stocks. Jim Rickards said that is not a diversified portfolio, because it only has one asset class; which is Stocks.

In order to have a fully diversified portfolio, you need to have an Asset class that is minimally correlated. everyone is a genius in a bull market but when the market collapsed, all stocks will go down. therefore you need to own a slice of Gold, 10% is enough to protect you, it's like insurance against your Investment Portfolio says, Jim Rickards.
