Gumbo - Recreating Louisianas Iconic Dish

After spending time in Louisiana we try to recreate Louisiana's iconic dish.
I have never cooked a gumbo so I am not sure how it is going to turn out. Shrimp and Andouille sausage are the flavors and our children should love it. We shall see
