We show you how we make one of our favorite breakfasts. Start it the night before and it will be ready in a jiffy the next morning. The oats do not get cooked and fresh berries give it the sweetness. Yogurt makes it creamy, honey adds another touch of sweet and the apples give it a beautiful tartness to balance it beautifully. Nuts and seeds can be added for extra nutrition.
