Sand Casting Aluminum Bronze at Home - Aluminum Bronze Custom Ingot - Cast Master Elite GG5000

In today's video I will sand casting aluminum bronze at home with my cast master elite GG5000 propane furnace. I have never made aluminum bronze before. Ive seen a few other ways of making aluminum bronze sometimes another metal is used. However today Ill be making aluminum bronze using 89% copper and 11% aluminum. I will be using the sand casting method using a custom Heinrichs Made Ingot a made in the past using the lost foam casting method.

I'm really excited to try out the aluminum bronze. I hope you enjoy today's video.
