The Dave Clark Five and Dave Mason are the recipients of today's Segue City Special honors as the Mayor tootles into the weekend segues and we scope out places on the beach to hold court today. Sea breeze, waves breaking on the beach and people wearing inappropriate beachwear... yeah, sounds about right. Enjoy!

Segue City is a recurring short-form programming element. At some point it will be a part of "The Big Kahuna." That’s an Internet Radio format that’s a part of Global Entertainment Technology that was created by Dain L. Schult.

It revives the art of mixing two songs together in a seamless pattern where it is tough to tell where the first song ended and the second one began. Sometimes the segues may also revolve around thematic ideas like matching or similar song titles.

Other times there are hidden meanings and Easter Eggs in the mix as well. We'll try anything because no two Segue City Specials will ever be exactly the same...
