Sometimes new construction is confusing for buyers or even hard to make a decision on because it is not always possible to walk through the exact home you will be buying, but there are tools to help you visualize what your new home will be like.

We can meet at the design studio and view the product selections. These include things like carpet, paint colors, tile, cabinets, LVP flooring and appliances.

We can also visit the exact lot that you are looking at purchasing. Often times we can also walk through existing construction that the builder has built so you can see the quality and either the similar or same floorplan plus we can check out the floorplan the builder has drawn up.

Thankfully most builders do not charge you more to work with a real estate agent and when you work with me you get top notch representation!
