Many people have approached your buddy Tim about sending money to Russia and I finally found out two routes that still work. Although it would be much better to just watch the livestream, like it and share it, here is a quick spoiler.

Russian banks that are not under sanctions can receive money transfers like in the good ole days so long as the bank in the West agrees to send the money. There are two options which have promised either Tim or one of his listeners to provide this type of transaction.
