A security threat discovered by the Transportation Security Administration caused a three-hour shutdown at San Diego International Airport on Thursday. TSA said that a carry-on bag tagged for additional screening was found abandoned. In response, TSA shut down Terminal 2 East and West. After appropriate security measures were taken, San Diego International reopened the terminals.
