I don’t even recognize the person I was before BrainGAME. I’m totally different and very much changed. I’ve grown. I would just drown in my emotions before, and now it’s totally different. I can’t even imagine going back there, and yet I know it’s not going to happen because I’ve got the tools of the BrainGAME.

I experience my life in possibilities now that I have BrainGAMEd. It felt as if a cloud had lifted off me. I was walking around with this dark cloud on me all of the time because I didn’t know how to deal with how I was feeling. Now, when life happens, and emotions come up, I know how to direct them. I know how to deal with them, and I know I have a choice.

My dream for the BrainGAME is to get it out far and wide, out into the world. I just want to help as many people as I can. The more coaches we get, the more it’s going to get out there. I also have kids of my own, and I know how important this work is for our teens. Once you learn about your emotions then you know how to deal with them.
