Find your balance; feelings need your attention

This is a short exercise that I use in my work out routine, but is an excellent metaphor that helps you understand in life as in all things; balance is necessary.

Finding your balance in life isn't easy. You can do it, it takes time, patience and consistent practice by DO-ING.

Try with me. In this video I share with you a simple breathing technique you can use any time you need to help you balance your feelings out.
