Homeless Man Pulls Dog in Shopping Cart to Protect Paws From Heat

Info from Licensor: My husband and I were running errands for our company. It was mid-afternoon and very hot outside. We pulled up behind a man (David) who was riding his bike and pulling his dog (Wally) in a shopping cart so he wouldn't burn his feet on the asphalt. We thought it was so considerate and sweet since many people do not take into consideration the temperature of the ground when walking their dogs. After meeting him, we discovered he sprays the ground that his dog stands on to keep him cool and mists him through the day. Their relationship and bond brought us to tears and we knew we had to help.
