Sometimes doing that requires clearing out the “buzz” - which is basically blocking out the noise that is disrupting the path of you health, overall emotional and physical wellness and can disrupt your positive mindset. You are basically protecting your energy and that may be anything from the breaking news alerts to blocking the telephone robocalls. noise & clutter
