solo vs Squad free fire

free fire viral kills.....
I've been playing video games for longer than this dude has been alive and I've never wasted a minute on these freemium/pay-to-win games that are always, by necessity, tied to online DRM platforms. Can you imagine a kid in 1990 going into a game arcade and trying to bribe the owner to let him have the high score just so he could show off to the other kids? I never heard of this happening. But if it did, that kid would quickly find out that nobody was impressed by his stunt and would be unlikely to try it again. Paying for in-game items is a very similar concept, except the real people have been taken out of the picture and replaced with faceless internet strangers. That's enough for some people to get fooled into showing off for an audience that may not exist. (kind of like dating sites that are full of bots) On the other hand, if you want to cheat at single player games you don't need to pay the game vendor, just get a GAME GENIE (or a hex editor)...gamers have been micro-transactioned to death. having to buy every little thing in a game has ruined the gaming world. what happened to games that were just made for playing and not draining players' bank accounts?? I got out of mmorpgs just because you had to buy nearly everything. I'm a player that will spend days,
weeks, or even months of playtime to find every nook and cranny, collect every item, do every achievement in order to get the most out of a game. but when I had to start buying everything ON TOP OF my monthly sub, I called it quits. I bought the game. I bought the expansions. I pay the monthly. why do I have to pay $6 for a 'pet' or $25 for a 'mount'??? that's bullshit!! I'M OUT!! and NOW people want to add NFTs into the mix?? I don't want them outside of games, why would I want them in games??
