WHERE DO I GO?! - Metroid Dread Part 3

today I get a little lost as it appears the E.M.M.I's aren't the most difficult thing in this game for me...but navigation/exploration. please excuse some poor edits in this part, next part should be better as I know what I'm doing for this section now.
